David the Plumber responded very quickly, was very good at communicating with me and charged a very reasonable price for a job that needed to be done immediately.

The previous plumber only fiddled with the valve after I asked him to replace it and the toilet resumed running every 10 minutes or so within a few hours. David listened and did the job correctly. If I have any more plumbing issues, I'll contact David.
