David responded quickly and came out right away to replace my leaking fill valve and actuator. The toilet flushes great now. The previous plumber only fiddled with the valve after I asked him to replace it and the toilet resumed running every 10 minutes or so within a few hours. David listened and did the job correctly. If I have any more plumbing issues, I'll contact David.
